The River Road Church, Bapist Endowment Fund is administered by the trustees of the fund. The fund's charter, issued on June 6, 1967, provides that all trustees be members of River Road Church, Baptist. The Board of Trustees has the power to fill any vacancy on the board, appointing members for an unlimited term of service.
